There is not enough consideration...I love this one! There is not enough consideration for the added trauma of additional removals. <br />In addition, the realization that's attachment is so critical should make it clear how dangerous neglect is. The entire system functions as though neglect is "not as big oo a deal". In reality, neglect (especially during the early years when attachment is formed) is often More damaging than abuse.
